Welcome to FindMyDoctor.pk (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Refund Policy applies to all healthcare services provided at home, including doctor visits and laboratory testing services.
1. Nature of Services
FindMyDoctor.pk provides at-home healthcare services, including:
- Doctor consultations at home
- Home-based lab sample collection and testing
2. Eligibility for Refunds
✅ You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Our healthcare provider fails to arrive at the scheduled time without notice
- Service is not delivered due to our operational issue
- Duplicate or incorrect payment is made
- Appointment is canceled by us
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Service was partially completed
- Lab test sample collection failed due to our staff issue
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Patient is not available at the provided address
- Appointment is canceled less than [X hours, e.g., 4–6 hours] before scheduled time
- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the user
- Service is refused after provider arrival
- Dissatisfaction with diagnosis or treatment outcome (medical results cannot be guaranteed)
5. Lab Test Specific Policy
- Once a sample is collected, the service is considered non-refundable
- If a test cannot be processed due to our error, a free re-test or refund will be offered
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
